Agata and I have been at a 4 day seminar in Zurich about intercultural competence, communication and conflict styles.
We are both certified in a unique intercultural competence development and testing tool, which will develop teams, organisations and individuals in their interaction with other cultures.
Our feedback sessions, and workshops are build on several years studying, learning and practical knowledge.
