Public transportation in Denmark is good and secure. The  transport system is mainly based on a combination of trains and busses.

All major cities have local busses and are connected by frequent trains or intercity buses. Copenhagen has a subway as well as a new metro.

Generally, they offer a high standard – for instance, most of the capital area’s buses and subway trains are equipped with free wifi-access.

With airports in Copenhagen and a number of other cities, most points in Denmark can be reached by airplane in less than one hour.
