If it’s worth knowing about HR, Ellen Støttrup Als knows it! Besides being able to read most people like an open book, she also has a sharp business instinct.
Ellen will surely point out where there is room for improvement, if a company isn’t performing in an optimal fashion.

The Danish business world’s front-runner, MAERSK, is where Ellen established her career, as among other things VP HR for MAERSK Oil & Gas, where she has accumulated irreplaceable experience from the Danish and international business community.

The seat as board member is far from foreign for her. Ellen has earlier held several seats – amongst others as chairman of the board at the A. P. Møller Art Society.

Ellen is originally a lawyer, which gives her a strong knowledge on legal matters. She possesses a great enthusiasm in her work and has a large, professional network – both in and outside of Denmark.
