Spouses may need to find a job or help to get quickly integrated socially. Children may need to find a bilingual private or public school and the entire family needs to feel safe in their new surroundings. | ![]() | When a family relocates to a foreign country, it is mostly due to the work of one family member. We understand how tiresome it can become for the spouse to move to a new country, or come back to Denmark after long time abroad, and we will support the spouse's job search and use all our connections in helping you to find a good job.
You will need a work and a residence permit to work and to stay in Denmark. If you are married and accompany your wife or husband you will still need to register in Denmark and so will your children. If you are not married, special rules exist. We can assist you with this heavy administrative task, and accompany you to the public authorities.
