Konstancja Ford is originally from the USA and from Poland. She has lived in Denmark for many years, working as a senior partner in consultant companies, as well as in HR & Development in the public sector.
Her field of expertise is gained from her own practical experiences, as well as from her 14 years of successful work for the world's largest companies and organisations.
She has a long list of very positive references within her fields of expertise in Organizational development, Cross-cultural competence training and development, Management development and improvement of working relations.

She is furthermore certified in DISC and MBTI, and she has an education in work environment and psychology. She has courses in HR and strategic HR and in negotiation training, she is educated within Lean, and has a Master certification in Culture in the Workplace tools.
Privately Konstancja is married with 3 children, and much of her leisure time is spend with her family. She is a movie buff and she practices Tai Chi.
