Meeting Danish people is the best way to boost your integration when relocating to Denmark

The increasing number of foreigners working and living in Denmark is one of the reasons for the rising multicultural and ethnic awareness in Denmark, and at Relocare we welcome any cultural, social and personal input from the relocated people we meet.

We know for at fact that many other Danes as well as expats share that view.

But when you enter your new life as relocated in Denmark, one of the first obstacles is meeting new people. Many expats in Denmark are reluctant to make new contacts, since they have heard that Danes are cold and hard to get to know, and the result is often that they feel isolated, and that's a pity, especially since Danes are not so cold and hard to get to know, in reality.

Consequently we have created solutions to this problem:
Culture courses, were you will get to know how to get friends, for this matter, please see the section about culture courses.

Furthermore, please feel free to join Relocare's mailing and event service, linking you up with other foreigners living in Denmark, as well as Danes who have lived abroad.

Relocare plans and carries out events throughout the year for our members. At our events you can enjoy yourself in a relaxed atmosphere and meet other persons from different cultures.

The events and arrangements are based on a wide variety of themes
typical to the Danish society or the Danish way of living.

We also recommend Expat in Denmark, run by the Danish Chamber of Commerce, and at Relocare we are also members of a huge selection of clubs, to know in real life, which to recommend, and which are the best.
